A suspect who was shot by a police officer has pleaded guilty to charges arising from the 2016 incident. The suspect, whose vehicle allegedly dragged an officer a short distance, admitted guilt to eluding and a weapons offense said the Prosecutor’s Office. The suspect, 39, was shot by Haddon Township Police Officer Robert Mulhern in October after a traffic stop on Route 130 near the township's border with Camden.
