Police spotted a stolen car with a suspect sleeping inside. They put terminator sticks under the tires, they flatten the tire if the car moves, and then they attempted to wake up the suspect. The suspect woke up and started the car and a chase started. Three of the tires went flat and eventually the suspect bailed on foot. The K9 unit lead that police to a dumpster where he was hiding under a piece of drywall.
