The man out fishing passed out, and his boat was going in a circle. The sheriff's boat had to get close for the deputy to jump on the boat and take control. The man who passed out is expected to make a full recovery, but they can't release any other information regarding his medical except that it was related to diabetes.
*Later confirmed the man in the boat has made a full recovery.
