This adorable toddler was finally caught on camera after sneaking out of bed every night to curl up next to his 'best friend' boxer dog - who has slept next to his crib ever since he was born.

Ever since 23-month-old Finn Knudtson had started sleeping in his big boy bed in June, mum Paige, 28, has found him curled up next to the family dog Brutus.

Intrigued as to how it happened, the mum-of-four decided to set up a camera on Friday night [July 3] which captured her youngest son as he grabbed his blanket and teddy bear and lowers himself out of bed.
