David and his friend were fishing for lobsters at around 2am in the morning off the coast of San Diego, CA. David thought the creature was a sea lion at first but then he realized it had a different face. He's worked out in the ocean his entire life and never saw something like that. He says the creature appeared out of nowhere and started to chase them pretty fast. David wasn't too afraid but his friend was and they decided not to stop and they kept sailing away. They didn't want the creature to jump on the boat. David has shown the video to other fishermen and his friends and nobody can tell what exactly it was.
