Filmed in Peru in 2023. Extensive areas of Chosico (town located to the east of Lima) were under flood alert after several storms pounded the neighborhoods. The reporter was showing the damage on her news report and talked to local residents and witnesses. "The creature" appeared on the footage as a lady was describing how flooded the stairs were. She said "who could possibly use the stairs under these conditions?".
It looks like nobody noticed the strange creature until the viewers caught it on YouTube.
