The video was filmed in the Sindh region of Pakistan. Apparently, a nearby fish farm had to toss some of their tanks when they discovered the water was contaminated. In order to save the remaining fish and restock afterwards, many tanks were quickly emptied in the desert. They made the decision because they wouldn't be able to distribute and sell fish that might have been poisoned with bad water.
It's not a weather related flood and it's not a "miracle" . Many people thought it was a biblical sign. Others thought it was a river overflowing.
