This horrifying footage shows a lorry pulling a trailer full of logs that suddenly topples over onto a car and traps its passenger inside it after trying to pass by the vehicle on a snowy road.
The incident took place near Irkutsk, in south-central Russia, on Sunday, 16th March.
The video shows the car driving along the icy road when the driver notices the lorry coming the other way.
He pulls over to the side of the road to allow the lorry to pass.
The lorry slows as it begins to pass the car, reportedly an SUV, but the trailer begins to slip on the snow, causing it to inch towards a slope next to the road.
All of a sudden, the lorry trailer tips over onto the car, partially crushing it and covering it in logs.
The driver of the car can be seen in the rear dashcam feed having just got out of the car before the logs toppled onto it.
He can be heard shouting to the passenger in the car, who replies, apparently unhurt.
After it was crushed, the car reportedly began leaking fuel, but the passenger turned off the ignition and the radio to avoid it catching fire.
The man trapped inside the car reportedly survived although it was unclear at the time of writing if he had been injured.
