Two cars collide and hit a biker in Novy Urengoy, Russia, on Jun 12, 2025.
This footage shows a speeding car smashing into a Mazda that was turning in front of it and knocking a cyclist over while narrowly avoiding hitting a pedestrian man crossing the street.
The incident took place in Novy Urengoy, in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, in north-central Russia, on 12th June.
Dashcam footage from another car shows it allowing the pedestrian, in a black T-shirt, to cross.
As he makes his way across the side street, a white car can be seen turning into it.
But suddenly out of nowhere, the speeding car smashes straight into the other vehicle, reportedly a Mazda, knocking it off course and causing it to knock over a cyclist arriving at the crossing.
The man in the black T-shirt quickly finishes running across the street, narrowly averting disaster.
The driver of the white car that was hit by the other vehicle then gets out and rushes over to the cyclist to check on them before the footage ends.
Local media reports said that the cyclist was uninjured in the incident, and that only the Mazda driver suffered light injuries.
