説明

This is the freight-for-it moment a female cyclist is sent flying as she is hit in the head by a train while posing for a selfie next to some railway tracks.

The cyclist and three pals were taking a break during a cross-country ride in Uberaba, in the Brazilian state of Minas Gerais, to snap pictures.

But video footage that emerged on 4th June shows how one strayed too close to the tracks and posed right in front of an oncoming freight train.

Apparently oblivious to the slow-moving train's driver sounding his deafening air horn, she even bends over and leans into the tracks, apparently pretending to fall in front of the train while her friend snaps a picture.

But she failed to see the ladder at the front of the train leading up to the driver's cab and, unable to brake in time, the train hits her in the back of the head, sending her sprawling beside the tracks as she howls in agony.

As her frantic friends rush to help her, she cries out: "Lie me down, lie me down."

And when one of her friends then asks her what happened she replies: "It hit me!"

Another pal tries to stop her panicking saying: "Calm down, it's okay, breathe, breathe."

Astonishingly, the cyclist, who has not been named, survived the impact with just a fractured rib as her bike helmet cushioned the blow, according to local media reports.

A second rider, whose leg was cut when her pal flew into her, was also treated for an injury to her thigh.
