A protective dog hates pool inflatables so much she constantly barks at them.

Whenever Australian cattle dog Ziggy goes to the back door at home in Duarte, California, USA, and spots a shark or crocodile in her pool she goes crazy.

The five-year-old pet pooch runs directly to the offending toys and protectively barks at them while owner Olga Ribardo watches on.

Olga said: “Ziggy barks all of the time because she sees them as a threat. She has done it ever since she was a puppy. We find it really entertaining.”
