A seagull bullied another bird by grabbing on to its tail feathers to stop it flying off.
Justine Dollar was pulling out of a petrol station in Oxnard, California, USA, on June 6 when she spotted the bird commotion.
Funny footage captured one of the seagulls as it held a rival in its beak while it tried and failed to fly off.
