Flammable water comes out of a water pump in Buluan, Maguindanao, the Philippines. Resident Moner Kabugatan Andal was able to capture the incident on video on January 1. He said: ''The workers who constructed this water pump said the water started to smell like gas after a while. It caught fire when one of them tried setting it. The village is located near a biomass power plant.''
