Filmed at a filming studio for TV show in Moscow, Russia. The bear attacked the assistant director lady when she explained the trainer what is going to happen during the shooting. It happened because she explained to the trainer during feeding time. It's prohibited. It frightened the bear. It was a trainer's mistake but luckily the lady was not wounded.
