This is the moment an out-of-control sparkler fountain violently erupted during a birthday celebration in Thailand.
Footage shows the fireworks spewing out sparks as a group sang the birthday song for their friend during the celebration at Cha-am beach in Phetchaburi province on April 29.
The fun was interrupted when the sparkler fountain crackled in a sudden outburst, forcing everyone to run away for fear of being hurt.
Onlooker Pakamon Tantiwong said: 'None of us expected the sparks to spread onto everybody. I'm just glad nobody was injured.'
