説明

This is the moment a bungling motorcycle rider hit his head on a level crossing barrier in Thailand.
Footage captured by the State Railway of Thailand (SRT) shows the driver being clotheslined on the metal barrier, which was lowered as a train rumbled closer along the tracks in Chonburi province on January 15.
The motorist was almost knocked off of his seat but managed to manoeuvre his vehicle back behind the barrier before the coach thundering towards him could run him over.
The SRT said: 'The State Railway of Thailand asks for the cooperation of motorists in passing through the railway-car level intersections. Be careful. Strictly follow the traffic rules. Pay attention to warning signs to ensure the safety of your life and property.'
Thailand has one of the world's worst road safety records. Ministers have set the goal of reducing fatalities from 32.7 deaths per 100,000 people to 12 per 100,000 people by the year 2027.
However, a lack of road safety education in schools along with notoriously easy driving tests, police failures to enforce road laws, and chronic under-investment in infrastructure, all appear to hamper the efforts.
