This is the dramatic moment angry staff mobbed an alleged carjacker stealing a motorcycle in Thailand.
The suspect chanced upon the unattended two-wheeler while it was parked in front of a store in Khon Kaen province on January 21.
Seeing the key still left in the ignition, the man then mounted the vehicle and tried to drive away, but he was thwarted by the store employees who charged at him.
CCTV footage shows the workers dragged the man to the ground and pummeling him as he was manoeuvring the motorcycle onto the highway.
Motorcycle owner Korakod Choolikhit, 27, said: 'I usually leave the key on my motorcycle while I'm working, but I forgot to take it out of the ignition that day.
'I later saw the thief trying to ride off with it so I charged at him. He claimed it was his motorcycle and that his sister had instructed him to retrieve it.'
Korakod said the alleged carjacker escaped while the group were calling the police.
Another person suspected to be the man's accomplice was caught, but later released from the police station 'due to psychiatric issues'.
Korakod warned motorists: 'No matter where you park your bike, you should remove the key every time for your safety. I even parked my motorcycle in front of my workplace and someone still tried to steal it.'
