説明

This is the dramatic moment a driver swerved to avoid a fallen motorcycle rider in front of his car.
Pongsak Prasertnoi was travelling in his pickup truck from Bangkok to Chanthaburi province, Thailand, when a vehicle in front bumped into a two-wheeler on March 29.
Dashcam footage shows the rider topping over with his vehicle and blocking the path of Pongsak, who quickly steered to the right.
Pongsak's quick reflexes prevented him from hitting the motorcycle rider, who lay in the middle of the road after the collision.
He said: 'I don't know which area it was, but I was travelling from Bangkok to Chanthaburi. I was relieved that the motorcycle rider was safe.'
Pongsak then climbed down his car to check on the man, who was not seriously injured aside from a few scratches.
Thailand has one of the world's worst road safety records. Ministers have set the goal of reducing fatalities from 32.7 deaths per 100,000 people to 12 per 100,000 people by the year 2027.
However, a lack of road safety education in schools along with notoriously easy driving tests, police failures to enforce road laws, and chronic under-investment in infrastructure, all appear to hamper the efforts.
