A meteor shower illuminated the night sky bright blue in Portugal.
CCTV footage shows the sky glowing in radiant blue as seen from a street at night in Braga on May 18
The celestial event traversed the horizon casted the bright light which was also seen from nearby areas including Lisbon.
Portugal's Civil Protection Agency website recorded a meteor fall in the Castro Daire region but was later removed. Local fire services were also yet to provide further details.
