A pet dog hopped onto a board thrown into shallow waters and rode the waves at a beach.
Footage shows the extreme-sports-loving pooch skimboarding with the help of its owner in Bohol, the Philippines, on July 28.
It energetically drifted along the water while balancing on the surfboard, which was tossed by its caretaker.
Tourist Trinity Rose Cabig, who saw the canine, said: 'While having a quick beach break, we spotted the dog and its companion.
'We wondered why the dog was barking so much. We were amazed to see that it was actually surfing on the board.'
