This is the hilarious moment a woman was caught on CCTV cheating on her workout routine when her instructor's head was turned.
The fitness enthusiast was doing weighted lunges under the supervision of a gym coach in Jiangsu, China, on September 2.
Footage shows the gymgoer squatting while holding weights in both hands.
But upon noticing her coach drinking water and not watching, she skipped the lunges and ran forward to make it seem like she had completed the set.
When the coach turned back to face her, she quickly pretended to squat again. But her antics did not go unnoticed by gym staff who watched the footage back while laughing.
