This is the dramatic moment a house collapses into the street, narrowly missing passing children by seconds.
CCTV footage shows the run-down structure crumbling just as the youngsters and two other pedestrians had walked past it in Uttar Pradesh on October 11.
The property, which locals believe was around 150 years old, already had debris littering the ground in front from its deteriorating walls.
One of the alert boys appeared to notice chunks of concrete falling from the upper floors.
With only seconds to spare, he rushed to flee from the dilapidated structure with his friend.
No one was hurt in the incident but local authorities said they are looking into it several notices had been issued to demolish the structure before it collapsed.
