Attackers allegedly hurled a hand grenade at a petrol station in restive northern India.
Footage shows the explosion in the drain near the petrol pump of the gasoline facility on Sirsa Road, Mansa, Punjab, on October 28.
Local media reported that after the incident, Khushvinder Singh, owner of Ms Sidhu Petrol Services, received a call and message from a foreign mobile number demanding a ransom in the local currency, worth approximately 458,486 GBP.
He was warned that his house would also be attacked and his family would be killed if he did not provide the money.
The investigation is still ongoing following the incident. No injuries were reported.
