This is the shocking moment selfish locals raced to steal fish from a crashed truck instead of helping the injured driver.
CCTV footage shows the vehicle crashing into a shop before flipping onto its side in Naugarh City in Uttar Pradesh state, India, on November 21.
But instead of rushing to help the driver still trapped in the truck cabin, greedy onlookers - including some children - scrambled to pick up dozens of fish to stuff in their bags and even clothes.
By the time they were done, only empty crates remained at the scene.
Authorities said the truck allegedly lost control while delivering the fish to a nearby market.
