CCTV footage shows local eating at their table when a speeding SUV suddenly rammed through the cloth wall into them in Chhota Udaipur, Gujarat, on Tuesday, December 10.
Police said the driver lost consciousness at the wheel, causing the accident.
Authorities added that the owner and injured diners declined to file a formal complaint against the driver.
