説明

This is the dramatic moment a pedestrian fell into an exploding manhole in Peru.
Mother-of-two Elvira Taipe was walking on the pavement when an electric box exploded beneath her in Comas town in the capital Lima on December 5.
CCTV footage shows the woman walking by just as the underground power source blew up from under her feet. She plunged into a hole as the concrete lid of the electric box painfully smashed into her right shoulder.
Two soldiers at the scene helped pull up the pedestrian, who was sent to the Sergio Bernales de Collique Hospital for a fractured shoulder.
Elvira's sister, Rosaura, said: 'She is an enterprising woman, she works for her children and now she is going to be left behind, she is not going to be able to work. The situation is bad and it is not fair that she stays in the hospital just like that. We have to help her, we have to feed her.
'She cries and cries because she is helpless because she cannot move and because she is afraid of what will become of her two youngest daughters.'
Authorities said the explosion was caused by a short circuit.
However, local electric company Pluz Energia Peru has denied involvement in the incident.
The company said in a statement: 'We regret the incident that occurred and hope for the prompt recovery of the affected person. The networks that caused the explosion are not part of the Pluz Energía electrical network, but are private third-party installations, which was verified by our team in the field.'
Power to several parts of the neighbourhood was reportedly knocked out for up to 12 hours. Engineers were at the site for repairs.
The Energy and Mining Investment Supervisory Agency (Osinergmin) said it was investigating the case. It said: 'This installation is not under the supervision of Osinergmin, however, the case will be monitored until it is rectified.'
The Lima Public Ministry added that the Comas city government and Pluz Energia Peru were being investigated.
