A chef's amusing slip was captured on CCTV.
The worker was cleaning the floor when he accidentally lost his footing at Gu Ming-Jingzhou Meijiahua Restaurant in Hubei, China, on February 2.
Footage shows him skillfully recovering by spinning into a squatting position, narrowly avoiding a fall while still holding onto the cleaning stick.
He said: 'I was amazed at how I handled the incident. I am okay, I am not hurt.'
