This is the dramatic moment a bungling driver was run over by his own pick-up truck while trying to stop it from rolling back.
A family was navigating a road when they witnessed the unmanned white Hilux reversing as they attempted to turn right onto a street in Tak, Thailand.
Dashcam footage shows the man in blue long sleeves walking away from his vehicle when a bystander alerted him that the truck was moving on September 19.
He sprinted to the rear to try and push it back into place, but the truck's weight and the sloping surface made it impossible to stop the four-wheeler.
The car behind quickly reversed to avoid being struck, while the man lost his balance and fell onto the road — ending up beneath the moving truck.
A woman could be heard screaming in fear with her husband as the man disappeared under the vehicle.
However, he landed squarely in the middle undercarriage, allowing the truck to pass over without crushing him.
Shocked passersby rushed to help and called medics and rescue workers to assist.
The man did not sustain any serious injuries, though he suffered minor pain in his leg.
