This is the heart-stopping moment bystanders rescued a reckless passenger who slipped under a train carriage.
Footage shows the commuter, identified by local media as Manideep, falling from a moving locomotive at Kacheguda Railway Station in Hyderabad, India.
Reports said Manideep had boarded the wrong train and attempted to get off immediately.
He was seen clinging to the train door with his feet still on the platform before losing his balance and plunging to the ground.
Alert bystanders, along with a nearby policeman, quickly rushed to his aid and pulled him to safety. No injuries were reported on October 26.
Most train accidents in India happen due to overcrowded platforms and passengers attempting to board or disembark from moving trains.
The lack of safety barriers, poor maintenance, and limited enforcement of railway rules further increase the risk of such incidents.
