This is the shocking moment a van, going up a slope on its rear wheels, smashed into a gate and sent a man flying.
A bystander was standing by the entrance when the out-of-control vehicle sped inside the compound, hitting the barricade and knocking the pedestrian off his feet in Kazan, Russia.
CCTV footage shows the cargo vehicle attempting to drive uphill before it suddenly surged forward on Thursday, November 20.
It crashed through the grey metal gate as the weight of its cargo appeared to make its front wheels leave the ground.
The gate's pole was ripped off and fell to the ground, causing the man in a black sweater to tumble as he ran away.
He then plunged to the ground, landing near a metal bar embedded in the ground behind him.
The pedestrian immediately stood up and walked in front of the vehicle, visibly confused.
