The woman was cradling the toddler in front of her house when the green hatchback hurled just inches from them before overturning in Trang, Thailand.
Dramatic CCTV footage shows the four-wheeler toppling upon impact on November 23.
The startled child burst into tears from the shock, while family members rushed outside when they heard a loud crash, with one of them helping the driver out of the vehicle.
After being helped, the car owner can be seen tying her hair as if nothing had happened.
The incident took place during a period of heavy rainfall and flooding across Southern Thailand, leading residents to speculate that the cause was due to extremely slippery road conditions.
