This is the hilarious moment a woman's shorts fell off mid-routine during a skipping rope training session.
The worker in a blue dress was training for an upcoming company contest when her undershorts came sliding down her legs in Zhejiang, China.
CCTV footage shows the employee jumping rapidly to improve her speed on October 8.
Moments later, her black shorts suddenly dropped to the ground as she continued to hop in place.
Her colleagues watching her can be seen laughing, causing her to stop. The clothes then flew behind her and landed near a table.
Realising what had happened, she hysterically burst into laughter in embarrassment as she knelt on the floor.
