This is the nerve-wracking moment a plucky dog battled through a fast-flowing river to reach safety.
Angler Jitpanu spotted the brown pooch sprinting towards the bank as strong currents flowed in Bangkok, Thailand.
Footage shows the canine climbing the slope as the murky water crashes against his body on November 5.
Moments later, the dog ran upward as the rapids nearly swept him down.
He carefully inched toward the dry land and managed to move out of the ordeal.
Jitpanu said: 'It was so intense. I thought the dog wouldn't be able to survive. It was a relief that he was okay.'
