This is the shocking moment a birthday kiss went wrong as a man's hair caught fire from a candle.
Footage shows a woman lighting the small candle placed on a cake before making a wish on her birthday in Fujian, China.
Moments later, her boyfriend leaned in and gave her a kiss, causing his hair to sweep directly onto the flames on November 15.
Unaware of the small blaze, he blew out the candle and proceeded to light a separate pink number two candle.
A concerned diner then approached them to point out his burning hair just as the celebrant finished blowing out her candle.
His girlfriend immediately turned to him and patted his hair to extinguish the fire.
He did not sustain any injuries from the incident.
