This is the shocking moment a motorcycle pillion passenger toppled backwards after falling asleep mid-ride.
Helmet-mounted camera footage shows the traveller, wearing a denim jacket, falling from the moving two-wheeler while navigating a highway in Nonthaburi, Thailand.
He can be seen leaning precariously outwards before plunging onto his back and rolling across the busy road on December 10.
The baffled motorcycle taxi rider immediately pulled over to the roadside and rushed to assist the sleepy man.
The passenger stood up and walked back to the bike to continue the journey to his destination.
He did not sustain any injuries during the incident.
The driver recalled picking up the passenger in Samut Prakan Province for a long-distance trip.
He said: 'He seemed perfectly normal sitting behind me. His head bumped into my back several times, but I assumed it was simply due to braking. I didn't think much of it.'
