This is the amusing moment a clever cat calmly dropped a snack into a shopper's basket.
Footage shows Paotang carrying the treat in his mouth as he walks towards a customer browsing the pet food aisles at DooDee Petmart in Samut Prakan, Thailand.
Moments later, the four-year-old tabby feline dropped the packet directly into a grey basket placed on the floor on December 15.
Shop assistants can be heard giggling at Paotang's behaviour as they watch him stand proudly in front of the container.
The shop owner said: 'Paotang was the first cat we had at the store. He is loved by all our customers, who enjoy cuddling and playing with him. We even dress him in traditional costumes for festivals.
'He loves to wander around the shop to find things he likes to eat. He then grabs them and hands them to our staff so they can open them for him. He is such a clever kitty.'
