This is the shocking moment a group of friends chatting by the roadside narrowly dodged an out-of-control car hurtling towards them.
The speeding Skoda, allegedly driven by a drunk motorist, slammed into a hotel frontage, nearly hitting six pedestrians in Karnataka, India.
Dramatic footage shows the black sedan accelerating from 18th Main Road before ploughing straight into a central reservation barrier on the motorway on January 8.
The vehicle then careered across the lanes towards the hotel entrance.
The quick-thinking group scattered to safety just inches from being struck after hearing the roar of the engine.
The car finally crashed into the building, causing significant damage to its front bumper.
No injuries were reported following the incident. Police are currently investigating the incident.
