説明

A sudden summer storm knocked over tents and injured three people during a festival in Thailand.
Vendors had set up their marquee on a sunny day, but the weather abruptly changed in Buriram province on February 26.
CCTV footage shows strong winds pushing over the tents as locals scrambled to reach safety.
Moments later, a heavy thunderstorm forced to pause the celebration of the Red Cross and Red Onion Fair with Long-tail Boat Racing.
Vendor Thapakorn Ngatsanthia, 37, said: 'Strong winds and heavy rain hit in the evening, causing canopies to collapse onto vendors and injuring some people.'
Two vendors were electrocuted by exposed wiring, and a visitor sustained a head injury from falling debris. All three received first aid and were safe.
Despite the weather, the festival continued as scheduled until March 1.
The Thai Meteorological Department had forecasted mostly isolated thundershowers with gusty winds for northeastern Thailand, including Buriram, on that day.
