Berrien County, Michigan – On Saturday, June 7 at 11:10 p.m., another Michigan State Police patrol vehicle was struck on I-94 westbound near mile marker 25 in Lincoln Township.
A trooper from the Fifth District was on foot when the crash happened.
Dashcam video from a patrol vehicle captured the suspect’s car just moments before it slammed into the cruiser.
No injuries were reported.
The at-fault driver was arrested for Operating Under the Influence of Drugs (OUID).
The footage reveals the violent impact and danger faced by officers on the roadside.
