This is the moment an apparently overwhelmed woman faints as her boyfriend proposes in front a huge crowd of people at a packed concert.
The touching act was captured by witnesses in the city of Nanning, capital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region in South China, where the couple watched a live performance by Chinese pop group Age of Water and Wood.
In the footage taken at the conclusion of the band’s final tour of the decade on 28th December, the man can be seen announcing his intention to propose to his girlfriend of five years.
The crowd cheers as he gets on one knee and presents the overwhelmed woman with a bouquet of flowers, with members of the band clapping the gesture on stage.
The boyfriend says: “I vowed I would choose this concert to propose to the woman I love.”
As the girlfriend nods in agreement, a band member then urges the crowd to chant: “Say yes!”
But a few moments after the emotional woman says: “I say yes!” she suddenly faints and collapses in front of her boyfriend, who is busy thanking the crowd.
Nearby officers rush to get help as one witness says: “Don’t touch her!” and another shouts: “She was too excited!”
According to reports, the woman was tended to by paramedics and was not in any serious condition.
